Dongchuang wet end integrates shaftless roll stand, automatic splicer, positive pressure cassette single facer, etc., ensuring bonding strength and flatness via precise temperature control and uniform gluing. JUSTU dry end is equipped with servo thin blade slitter scorer, high-speed spiral cut off machine, fully automatic double layer down stacker, all servo-driven, with slitting accuracy ±0.5mm and length cutting accuracy ±1mm, enabling high-speed stable production and non-stop order change. The two-party linkage achieves high-speed production, high-precision delivery and low-loss operation, widely used in food, electronics, logistics and other industries, helping enterprises reduce costs and improve efficiency.

Dongchuang·Wet End

As the core of corrugated board forming, Dongchuang's wet end is equipped with units such as Hydraulic mill roll stand, auto splicer, cassette type single facer, gluing system,bridge conveyor,auto alignment tension system,triple pre-heater,double facer and steam system, realizing the whole process processing from base paper to semi-finished board. It can flexibly combine A/B/C/E and other flute types, ensuring the bonding strength and flatness of 3/5/7-layer boards through precise temperature control, uniform gluing, and seamless bonding, laying a high-quality foundation for subsequent processing in the dry end.

JUSTU·Dry End

JUSTU 's dry end takes high precision, high efficiency, and high stability as the core, composed of servo thin blade slitter scorer , high-speed spiral blade cut off machine,automatic stacker and supporting conveying system. All units are servo-driven, adapting to high-speed line speeds and multi-spec orders.
