GENERAL INTRODUCTION TO EQUIPMENT

Off Line Machine: manually feeding boards, slitting various specifications of boards.

Honeycomb Machine: it replaces the old saw-tooth type slitter and has higher safety level and its efficiency is increased by five folds over saw-tooth type slitter and it could be able to slit various specifications of honeycomb boards.

Lifter: it is used with corrugated board production line to replace old slitter, and could be synchronized with flow line and slit various specifications of boards; Lifting type scorer has additional lifting function which facilitates operation and reduces shutdown time for order changing and improves working efficiency.

FUNCTIONAL FEATURES

1. The slit boards are not corrugated wrongly and free from burrs and have neat external appearance and good linearity.

2. The tungsten alloy blade is sharp and could serve more than 3 million meters.

3. Due to patented passive type grinder, the structure is light and easy to maintain.

4. Grinding is controlled manually or by foot, so that the grinding can be done while slitting, and the production efficiency is improved.

5. Scoring types: five-line type, U-type and T-type are available, so that lines are good and easy to bend.

6. Due to sliding blade holder, blades are convenient to adjust, labor and time are saved.
