In the mechanical operation phase, the corrugating rolls rotate at high speed under precise transmission, pressing raw paper into regular corrugated waves and bonding it accurately with liner paper. The synchronized cutting system automatically trims according to the set dimensions, with each cut executed with pinpoint accuracy. The formed paperboards then enter the logistics modular belt conveyor platform, where the green conveyor belt transports them smoothly at a speed matching the production line, seamlessly connecting to subsequent processes. Workers on both sides of the platform only need to perform simple inspections and sorting, without frequent intervention, achieving efficient collaboration between automation and manual labor.
