FUNCTIONAL FEATURES

1. The control system of slave computer is formed by imported high quality industrial computer and high performance PLC.

2. Use high quality linear guide rail to guide the high precision ball screw, which can ensure the accuracy of slitting and scoring is less than +/-0.5mm.

3. Capable of storing 999 orders to realize automatic order changing or manual changing; the order can be recorded through scanning, touch screen and keyboard.

4. Orders can be quickly changed, with changing time of 8-10s.

5. The tungsten alloy blade is sharp and could serve more than 8 million meters.

6. The slit boards are not corrugated wrongly and free from burrs and have neat external appearance and good linearity.

7. The grinding is achieved by automatic and manual grinding which could help realize slitting while grinding, improving working efficiency.

8. Fixed position of the board feeding table could ensure the accuracy of board feeding position.

9. 6 blades 10 scorers and 7 blades 12 scorers are available.
