Structure
1.Modular Belt Conveying Surface: Anti-slip modular belt with forward & reverse running; droop design prevents belt jumping, reverse drive avoids deviation.
2.Rotating Base: High-strength carbon steel frame, rotating range: 0–180°. Equipped with polyurethane walking wheels for low noise and stable operation.
3.Drive System: Bevel gear reducer + brake motor; variable frequency speed regulation.
4.Electrical & Safety System: PLC automatic control, front & rear safety scanning for collision prevention, early warning, emergency stop and running alarm devices.
Working Process
1.Board stacks are delivered onto the turntable from the front straight conveyor line.
2.The base rotates precisely by 90° while the modular belt keeps running, so the board stacks change direction steadily without pause.
3.After direction conversion, materials are smoothly transferred to the rear conveyor for subsequent processes.
