1. The problem of insufficient firepower

The improved method is: a 1.2-inch steel pipe with a length of about 1 meter can be used as a conducting pipe, 8-10 holes are opened on the pipe, and valves and joints are welded; Open a few holes for connecting a few routes of gas, open another air supply hole, and also weld valves and joints. The steam drum and the conducting pipe can be connected by steel pipe or special gas hose, and the main valve is installed at the air supply joint.

In actual use, 8-10 gas tanks must be opened for gas supply at the same time, which can not only ensure the gas firepower, but also achieve all the gas in the tanks.

2. The simple method to eliminate the concave in the corrugated roller

The specific operation method is as follows: Take a corrugating roller with an effective length of 1.6 meters and a self-diameter of 26 cm as an example. First remove the paper guide copper sheet, separate the pressure roller from the scraper, and dilute the TL grinding sand with a specification of 60 with oil to a paste (it will be better to use emery). Adjust the pressure between the corrugated rollers and between the pressure roller and the corrugated roller to: 5 kg for one end of grinding and 2.2 kg for the other end not to be ground, so that the peaks are just separated and not in contact. Add the reconciled grinding sand to the corrugated roller at one end of the grinding, about 20 cm from the edge, remember not to grind or sand in the middle. Turn on the machine, the rotation speed is from slow to fast, and then it reaches the working speed of 1000 rpm. The single-head grinding time is about 2.5 hours for the A-type tile rollers, and about 2 hours for the C and B-type tile rollers. Grind the other end in the same way. When grinding, add grinding sand and oil appropriately every 10-15 minutes to keep the working surface moist. After both ends of the rollers are ground, adjust the pressure to 4 kg, and grind both ends together with the pressure roller for 30-40 minutes at the same time, then remove the pressure on the pressure roller and make the machine run at a low speed. At this time, the 10-15 cm section at both ends of the pressure roller has become obviously rough, and it can be polished with an angle grinder or a polishing wheel to make it basically smooth. Clean the pressure roller and corrugating roller; clean the dirt in the paper guide groove, adjust the machine, and start production normally.

The above method takes about 6-7 hours for grinding, disassembly and cleaning. If the diameter of the roller is larger, the grinding time can be appropriately extended, but it should be noted that too long grinding time will affect the effective part in the middle of the roller.

In addition, the diameter of the pressure roller and the corrugating roller becomes smaller after grinding, and the transmission gear will push them apart. You can use an angle grinder to grind off the top of the gear by about 0.5 mm, and also add grinding sand on the teeth (thinning with oil), add 4 kg of pressure, and add 1 kg of pressure to the other end, and start from slow to fast. , Grind at 1000 rpm for 2 hours, and the gears can be run-in.

3. The cardboard collapsed

Whether it is a positive pressure cassette type or a vacuum adsorption type corrugator, the wind pressure is to make the corrugated corrugated corrugated corrugated, close to the corrugated stick, so that the glue stick evenly on the top of the corrugated The glue is applied to the corrugated cardboard, and then two layers of corrugated cardboard are formed. Insufficient supply pressure will cause the corrugated corrugated not to be close to the corrugated stick. In this case, the corrugated is not close to the corrugated roller. To check the reasons for insufficient air pressure, check whether there is air leakage, or if the air duct is blocked or the design pressure of the air is not enough, it should be analyzed and solved one by one.

The temperature is not enough to cause the collapse of the corrugated core paper.

If the eccentricity of both ends of the corrugated corrugated is not adjusted properly, the eccentricity of the two ends of the corrugated corrugated is not adjusted well, and the eccentricity of the two ends of the corrugated corrugated is not adjusted uniformly. Both ends are parallel.

The corrugated roller pressure is not enough to cause the collapse of the corrugation. This situation is generally especially obvious after the corrugated wear and tear. Check whether the steam pressure or oil pressure is sufficient, and check whether there is any damage to the parts that cause the oil pressure or insufficient steam pressure. There is no leakage of steam or oil, and it should be solved in time.

Poor quality of corrugated core paper may cause slumping. The edge of the corrugated core paper is loose, the base paper shaft is oval or the paper is too wet, which may cause collapse. Check whether the core paper has the above conditions, and replace it if necessary.

The corrugating roller wears and causes the corrugated corrugation. Many cartons are produced with various specifications of cardboard, resulting in uneven wear of the corrugated stick, or not producing the full width of the cardboard, so that the corrugating roller appears concave. When it is used as a narrow width, it is more likely to collapse. In this case, the corrugating stick should be replaced according to the use of the corrugated, or the pressure of the lower corrugating roller should be increased.

There are roughly two functions of the unreasonable suction slot design of the corrugated stick. One is to install the paper guide sheet so that the laminated two-layer corrugated cardboard can be exported smoothly into the paper feeding belt on the overpass; the other is the vacuum adsorption pump. The generated tuyere will pass through the suction trough, so that the corrugated core paper will be attached to the corrugating roller after forming. Poor molding or insufficient strength.

4. Wrinkled paper in corrugated cardboard

The raw material is not good, and the two sides of the lining paper are not the same. When this happens, you can feel it with your hands. You will find that the lining paper is loose on one side and smooth on the other side after passing through the preheating cylinder. The solution is to replace the raw materials. Install the tension paralleler; the third is to make a device that can be adjusted manually. When the loose edge is found, manually adjust it to make it tensioned.

The machine speed is too slow to cause wrinkling. Generally, this kind of situation is more common when producing wide-width and high-gram cardboard on a single A machine; this kind of situation occurs when the speed is lower than 30 m/min. In the above situation, the speed should be increased appropriately to reduce the wrinkling phenomenon.

The gap between the pressure roller and the corrugated roller is unevenly adjusted or improperly adjusted. When wrinkling occurs, the gap between the pressure roller and the corrugated roller should be adjusted in time according to the situation.
