According to statistics, a normal-temperature corrugated board production line with an annual output of 12 million square meters can save more than 1,800 tons of coal every year, and it can save more than 2,000 kWh of electricity every day based on 16-hour work.
3. The produced cardboard has high strength, low moisture return rate and no shrinkage rate
The composite molding of cardboard at room temperature eliminates the damage to the paper structure caused by high temperature and high humidity, and ensures the original strength of the base paper to a greater extent. The corrugation angle of cardboard is strictly controlled at about 60° (±2°), which makes the physical strength and stability better (the current high-speed thermal machine corrugation angle is above 70°); avoid the damage of high temperature and high humidity to the fiber structure of the paper, and the paper is dense The temperature has not been reduced, and the probability of returning to the tide is greatly reduced.
It is reported that the use of a new generation of self-developed glue can currently achieve: about 3 grams per square meter to form and bond the corrugated paper, and about 10 grams to compound the surface paper, which not only reduces the cost of glue, but also reduces the evaporation of water and keeps the paper The fiber structure is not damaged, the paper does not shrink after forming, it is not easy to deform, and the probability of moisture return is greatly reduced; the cardboard is not deformed due to high temperature and high humidity shrinkage. Compared with the traditional production line, the finished corrugated cardboard per square meter can comprehensively save 3-5% of paper. .
4. The equipment has a long service life
High temperature production will soften the metal material and increase the wear of the corrugating roller; the normal temperature setting corrugating technology, the metal working environment is stable, the life of the corrugating roller and even the whole machine will increase accordingly, and the maintenance cost will be greatly reduced. The service life of the alloy corrugating roll of the normal temperature setting corrugating machine is more than 100 million meters, which is 3 to 5 times that of the ordinary thermal machine corrugating roll.
5. High production efficiency
The actual running speed of the corrugator is 100 m/min, and the paper cutter can reach 150 knives/min.
6. Low production cost
It is estimated that the cost of operating the boiler alone is about 8 cents per square meter; the total cost of the finished two-layer single-pit paper is only about 3 cents per square meter by using a room temperature setting single-sided corrugator to produce cardboard.
