Corrugated cardboard is a material consisting of fluted corrugated sheets and one or two flat liners. It is made on a "flute laminator" or "corrugator" used to make cardboard boxes. Corrugated mid-layer and linerboard are made from kraft containerboard, which is typically over 0.01 inch (0.25 mm) thick. Corrugated fiberboard is also sometimes referred to as corrugated board, although the board can be any heavy pulp-based board.
