Fully Automatic NC Servo Down Stacker (Energy-saving Type)

GENERAL INTRODUCTION TO EQUIPMENT Automatic down stacker could be able to complete board stacking, counting, batching, stacking and automatic transverse discharge etc. The suspension basket is provided with balance weight to improve mechanical efficiency and reduce energy consumption. With high efficiency servo control, the running speed of basket could be improved, and the circulating period of stack changing is shortened, thereby benefiting high speed production of small order.

FUNCTIONAL FEATURES

1. Up and down stacking is controlled by servo motor and the suspension basket could be run stably. The boards are stacked neatly.

2. With transverse discharge module belt structure, the boards could be automatically and transversely discharged when a preset number is reached.

3. The back baffle is controlled by AC servo motor. It can be adjusted automatically according to data settings. The baffle could be automatically lifted or moved to realize multi-orders stacking.

4. Optical device of the back baffle can accurately measure the board surface height.

5. Board-feeding section uses four groups of steel strips, which cooperates with the vacuum absorbing conveyor to ensure boards are stacked neatly. The four groups of steel strip can be adjusted automatically according to the length of boards.

6. The conveyor belt is controlled by the guide strip and easy to be adjusted. And it can serve longer.

7. The up and down stacker is equipped with color touching interface which is easy to operate.

8. With module belt conveying platform, the boards can be transported automatically and fast to logistics terminals.
