GENERAL INTRODUCTION TO EQUIPMENT The corrugated boards conveying system of Qingdao JUSTU Company could be applied to convey the corrugated boards of different lengths and widths with different models wherein the module belt type conveying platform, module belt type motorized materials distributing machine, module belt type logistic turning machine and roller type conveying lines could be customized based on demands of clients. The logistics system is simpler for board manufacturers because the boards require no reprocessing and could be packed directly for leaving. The paper stacks output by stacker are conveyed by motorized material distribution machine to multiple wharfs where the workers could finish packing work. The entire conveying of the stacks could be finished automatically or by hand. The logistics system could work at high efficiency which greatly relieves labor intensity of workers. For the manufactures with printing capability, the boards produced could be directly conveyed to next production procedure: cutting, printing, sticking boxes, nailing boxes and storing. In order to relieve the conveying pressure of board stacks, such manufacturers require logistics designing for entire plant.

FUNCTIONAL FEATURES

 

1. Due to whole layout and rational design plan of workshop, boards are automatically conveyed, and manpower and material resources are reduced;

 

2. Due to anti-skidding textures of high quality module belt imported, safety that persons walk on the belt is guaranteed;

 

3. With use of bi-directional module belt wheels, conveyor can rotate forwards and backwards, this is convenient to space designing; due to the reflexed transmission design, the module belt can be rationally tensioned, and deviation can be adjusted;

 

4. Specially-designed modular structure is convenient to maintain; due to professional suspension structure, forward and backward conveyance is stable, without slippage;

 

5. Conveyance is stable due to use of cold-drawn square steel driving shaft; the whole frame is made of high quality carbon structural steel, so that machine frame is stable, and long-term strength is guaranteed;

 

6. Due to high quality PE wear-proof pads, long-term use is guaranteed, conveying belt works smoothly, and noise is low;

 

7. Designed speed is (50HZ) 27 M/MIN; due to frequency converting control, boards are conveyed stably without backstacking and also operation efficiency is high;

 

8. The intelligent logistics management and control connect with EPR/MES production management, and the integrated processing and analysis are carried out through logistics management system(IMS). Then the comprehensive efficiency is greatly improved. It is a typical industry 4.0 application.
