1. The gap between the first and second conveyor belts can be adjusted more easily. Depending on the quality of the cardboard used by the production users, the gap between the folded cardboard can be adjusted more conveniently. The minimum gap can reach zero.
2. The diameter of the drum-shaped pulley drive shaft has been increased, which is more conducive to enhancing the stability during mechanical transmission and preventing mechanical vibrations.
3. The drive motor has been changed to an internal type; it is more beneficial for equipment installation, transportation, and saving the floor space occupied by the manufacturer.
4. The electrical components are designed in an internal structure; it is more conducive to on-site installation and debugging, and greatly saves the time for installation personnel to perform power distribution and wiring on-site.
5. The structure of the upper layer conveyor belt of the four sections is designed as an integrated structure to enhance the stability of the machinery.
6. The tail end of the transmission section and the vertical frame column of the cross-row frame have a certain distance, which is more conducive to the smooth passage of the cardboard during

the cross-row process.
7. The second section is equipped with a strong suction structure; it reduces the probability of the tail end of the bad cardboard curling, which is beneficial for the stacking of cardboard.
8. The transmission structure is composed of synchronous belts and gear structures. It eliminates the phenomenon of loosening of the transmission components due to time constraints.

The gap between the first and second conveyor belts can be more easily adjusted. Depending on the quality of the cardboard produced by the users, the adjustment can be more flexible. Combined with the overall adjustment of the second section, the gap can be minimized to zero.

The transmission motor has been changed to an inbuilt type; this is more conducive to equipment installation, convenient transportation and saving the usage space of the manufacturer. It is all of a synchronous belt transmission structure, which is easier to adjust, runs more smoothly, has higher and more accurate precision.

The electrical components are designed in an internal structure; this is more conducive to on-site installation and debugging, significantly reducing the time spent by installation personnel on power distribution and wiring at the site.

After the equipment is debugged, there is no need to remove various signal lines or wiring pipes, etc. It can be directly loaded onto the vehicle for transportation and installed on the ground. This eliminates the trouble for installation personnel to connect and wire at the manufacturer's site, significantly saving installation time.

 

The upper four-section belt transmission structure is designed as an integrated structure, enhancing the stability of the machinery.

The fixed plate is designed as an integrated structure, eliminating the occurrence of the slackening of the four belt shafts after a period of use.

The end of the transmission section is kept at a certain distance from the vertical frame columns, which is more conducive to the smooth passage of the paper sheets during the horizontal arrangement.

The distance between the cardboard and the pillar is 80mm.

The characteristics of the longitudinal and transverse sections of the single-Face unit 

1. It is completely different in style and shape from the longitudinal cutting part I product. It has solved some difficult problems that appeared in the first-generation product and optimized the exterior design as well as the internal transmission structure form. This has significantly reduced the probability of accidents caused by operators accidentally handling the paper sheets during the production process.
(1) The feeding part has added an anti-entanglement structure.

2) The paper feeding roller is a power roller. There is no need for operators to insert their arms into the equipment during the paper feeding process to complete the task; now, all that is required is to place the paper board above the paper feeding roller, and the paper board will be automatically pulled into the equipment by the roller.

 

 

(3) The longitudinal cutting blade has been enlarged to a diameter of 200, thereby extending the service life of the blade and reducing the maintenance cost of the equipment.
(4) The traction structure has been made more reasonable, preventing the occurrence of paperboard disorder when it enters the transverse cutting drum and is rotated by the transverse cutting blade.

5. For the longitudinal and transverse cutting machinery, the main drive of the stacking section is all designed to be controlled by variable-frequency motors. Depending on the quality of the cardboard used by the manufacturer, the production speed can be adjusted at any time. The designed theoretical speed is 180 meters per minute.

2. The longitudinal and transverse cutting machines can be easily and quickly separated by a certain distance; this facilitates maintenance or replacement of the traction belt and the adjustment of the transverse cutting knife, as well as the operation space for debugging. After the debugging is completed and the equipment returns to its original position, ensure that the longitudinal and transverse cutting achieves the initial installation accuracy.
The traction active rollers are of a split structure, which is convenient for equipment maintenance, belt replacement, and shortens the complex procedures and reduces the labor intensity during maintenance and replacement.
3. The transverse cutting machine has a double base, which can enhance the stability and accuracy of the transverse cutting machine and effectively reduce the differences in the upper and lower knife cooperation caused by time.
4. For the 2500-width model transverse cutting machine, it has a dual-drive motor structure, which effectively avoids the lag phenomenon caused by the increase in width after the knife cylinder is lengthened, and prevents uneven paper edges during paper cutting.

5. For the longitudinal and transverse cutting machinery, the main drive of the stacking section is all designed to be controlled by variable-frequency motors.
