FUNCTIONAL FEATURES
1. The master and slave control system are formed by imported high quality industrial computer and high performance PLC.
2. Adopt high-precision liner guide and precise gear rack transmission to ensure the cutting and mechanical positioning accuracy.
3. Adopt servo motors for the higher positioning precision.
4. NC servo thin blade slitter scorer machine can store 999 groups of orders to achieve automatically or manually order changes. The order changing time is 1-3s. Two machines can achieve instant order changes.
5. Track the speed of the production line automatically to ensure its synchronization. Scorer machine can be connected to the PMS with strong compatibility.
6. Adopt the thin-type tungsten steel alloy blade which is very shape and could serve more than 8 million meters.
7. Adopt patented passive grinder which is simple in structure and easy maintenance. The grinding can be controlled automatically or manually. The blade can be ground while slitting at the same time and improve the production efficiency.
8. Select three types of scorers: convex to concave, convex to concave and convex to flat which an be switched electrically.
9. Creasing depth and creasing lifting up/down can be controlled automatically by computer with high precision. The creasing depth is consistent.
10. The power input adopts the imported synchronous belt transmission device. Long service life and low operating noise.
11. The pre-scorering structure can improve the scorering quality and realize the convex to the flat roller pressing to meet the full printing requirements.
12. Two machines can switch instantly in order to change orders instantly too which can improve the average speed and production efficiency.
13. The waste suction outlet is optional.
